E - Crossroads Cruise (from Galena KS to Joplin MO) Sept.19

Short, FREE cruise in your own vehicle from Galena KS to Joplin MO for start of Crossroads Centennial Celebration opening in Joplin.

Participants will gather either at Gearhead Curios under the watchful eye of "Big A" or Hotrod Hangout for coffee and cars starting at 7:00 AM. Then approximately at 9:30 AM all cars will unite and head to the meet-up point in Joplin for the kick-off gathering of this cruise group, 2 JH pre-event caravan groups, and the MO 66 Fall Motor Tour participants. Anyone who can get to Galena KS can participate for free whether or not they are registered for the full Crossroads Centennial Celebration (Sept. 19-22).

There will be public afternoon activities at Schifferdecker Park after the initial gathering that you are free to participate in as well including an outdoor 1920s auto camping display and much more outside and inside the Joplin Mineral and Historical Museum.
