  • Ticket available for JH members ********
    Mid-morning Meet-up with JH caravans and MO 66 Assn. Motor Tour (at site TBA) then on to Schifferdecker Park (former JH Tourist Park) for visitation of Mineral Museum, History Museum and National Cookie Cutter Museum - all under one roof - and featuring a special Centennial 66 exhibit with info on JH and OT. Two JH media programs will be presented on site (at 1pm and 3 pm) as well as a special surprise for all visitors. Other afternoon activities in the park will include an outdoor demonstration of JH-era car camping. Lunch on your own. Includes conference souvenir booklet (one per person).
  • Ticket available for JH Members. Only one ticket necessary per car if couple or family taking part in event. Includes guided travel in your car from Joplin MO to Vinita OK on various sections of US 66 and former Jefferson Highway routes. Stops will be arranged for self visits and group timed visits throughout KS and OK. Includes JH conference souvenir booklet (unless you also bought a ticket for Saturday; only one copy per person/car.) Lunch self-pay at Hi-Way Cafe in Vinita during designated lunch hours.
  • Includes morning seminars/presentations (at least three), displays, conference souvenir booklet*, and afternoon activities in Murphysburg neighborhood & JHNM homes tour
    Lunch on your own. Invitation to join group at Flat Creek Restaurant in Webb City for dinner (self-pay for food,cash bar).
    *If you have purchased Sat. or Sun. ticket, no booklet will be given with this ticket; one per person for conference.
  • Ticket available for JH Members. Half-day of activities in morning only in downtown & possibly elsewhere in Joplin. Final details for this day to be announced in June. Includes conference souvenir booklet* and invitation to join the "send-off" luncheon in the Gryphon Building. Lunch is self pay in one of 2 eateries housed in historic building.
    * No booklet if a previous conference day ticket has been purchased; one book per person for conference.
  • Ticket available for NON JH members ********

  • Sold Out Saturday Sept. 19 dinner buffet for JHA full conference registrants and any MO 66 Motor Tour participants who wish to join us. Menu will be posted by June. Limited to sixty seats with possibility of a second seating if demand warrants.
    No cancellation refunds on or after September 01, 2026.

NOTE:  Remember, if you are participating in the Missouri Route 66 Association Fall Motor Tour, your Saturday and Sunday activities are covered in that event's registration fee.  

Saturday Day ticket includes Meet Up Event Greeting, afternoon activities in Schifferdecker Park (westside of Joplin) including all outdoor and indoor activities at the Joplin Mineral & History Museum and evening concert with MO 66 Motor Tour folks in Carterville. (Lunch & dinner meals NOT included.) Includes conference souvenir booklet but only one per person per entire event if you buy another day ticket.

Saturday events include car camping display, vintage car display, Joplin Mineral & History Museum admission with their special Rt. 66 & early auto trail exhibit in the tri-state area, Route 66 Association of Missouri special traveling exhibit created by Katrina Parks and co-sponsored by the Missouri Humanities Council and Missouri 66 Centennial Commission, musical concert by Cece Otto, 66/JH Trivia Contest, JH media presentation by Roger Bell, and other media presentations on demand at the museum plus special treats and more! 

Sunday Day ticket includes all day drive in your vehicle with MO 66 group from Joplin MO starting in the morning to Vinita OK with self-guided stops and group stops per provided route information. Will be doing both US 66 and JH alignments at various times as we go and come back. (Lunch self-pay at Hi-Way Cafe in Vinita at 1:30 pm). Includes conference souvenir booklet (but only one per person per entire events if you buy another day ticket) Invitation to self-pay supper meet up in Joplin at location TBD. After-dinner activity will be 7pm film on Route 66 in the tri-state area produced by Ozark Public Television. This will be at the Route 66 Theater in Webb City.

Monday Day ticket includes ticket to all morning seminar presentations and displays at the Roxy Event Center (102 S. Joplin). Lunch again will be self pay/your selection.  Starting about 2:00 pm the group will be participating in a variety of activities in the Murphysburg area of Joplin where short walking tours, sign dedications and ticketed tours of Joplin Historic Neighborhood Museum (Schifferdecker/Zelleken Homes) will take place. Ticket includes conference souvenir booklet (but only one per person for entire event if you buy another day ticket) and evening entertainment at dinner being held at Flat Creek in Webb City (self-pay, cash bar).

Tuesday 1/2 Day ticket includes morning activities TBA in event booklet. Send off lunch (self-pay) will be at the Gryphon Building, 1027 S. Main. On site: Local Color Art Gallery and Social BTB restaurant, and historic display on the building built in 1915 as the Inter-State Grocer Building.  Ticket includes conference souvenir booklet (but only one per person for entire event if you buy another day ticket).

Remember, day tickets & Wilder's dinner tickets can be refunded for personal emergencies, but refunds will be made by check only and mailed by JHA Treasurer. (All cancellation requests must be made through email to Conference Registrar at hansfordnewton@gmail.com.)

As of September 01, cancellations will be accepted minus $10 fee per ticket, but no checks will be issued until after the conference. If you do not elect a refund, you will receive a one-year JHA membership and receive our quarterly newsletter starting in November along with other JHA benefits. One conference souvenir booklet will be mailed after conference to holders of cancelled day tickets from Sept. 1 on to start of conference.

NO cancellations of Wilder's dinner tickets on or after September 1. You will also receive one year membership to Jefferson Highway Association beginning with the November/Winter issue.
