  • Discounted rate on Early-bird Full Conference registration for COUPLES (JH Family Membership or JH Individual Member and Spouse), all activities for both persons including: Wed. Reception (refreshments); Thurs. Bus Tour & Lunch; Fri. evening Awards Dinner (cash bar); Fri. Seminar Day (lunch on own); and Sat. morning Event. Only one conference booklet will be issued to couples. Early-bird Discount ends April 25, 2025
  • Full Conference with Early Bird Discount for ONE Person with current Membership & includes: Conference Booklet/Souvenir; Wed. Reception (refreshments); Thurs. Bus Tour & Lunch; Fri. Seminar Day (lunch on own); Fri. evening Awards Dinner (cash bar); and Sat. morning event.

12th Annual Jefferson Highway Annual Conference 

June 4-7, 2025


The Hampton Inn of McAlester OK will serve as the conference headquarters with conference Registration on Wednesday late afternoon June 4 and Bus Tour pickup Thursday early morning June 5.  Friday morning June 6 seminars will be off site as well as Friday evening June 6 JHA Awards Banquet.  JHA Board Meeting/Annual Meeting (time/day to be determined).  Saturday morning June 7 will include a McAlester event.
